Location: Hyderabad, India
Region: Bruqe EMEA
Team: Operations & Systems Intelligence
Level: Analyst
Employment Type: Project-based
Reporting To: Engagement Lead, EMEA

The Role

Bruqe is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Intelligence Analyst to support strategic engagements involving operational resilience, supply-network risk, sourcing, capacity, and strategic optionality.

You will analyse how operational, commercial, geopolitical, regulatory, and technology forces interact across supply chains and enterprise systems. The role is designed for an analytically rigorous individual who can translate complex operating environments into clear insights, risk assessments, and decision-ready options.

What You Will Do

  • Support the analysis of supply chains, operating models, sourcing strategies, logistics networks, and capacity constraints.

  • Research market, supplier, trade, policy, technology, and geopolitical factors affecting operational resilience and performance.

  • Identify critical dependencies, concentration risks, bottlenecks, incentives, and potential failure points across value chains.

  • Develop structured analyses, risk frameworks, systems maps, and scenario assessments for client decision-making.

  • Evaluate strategic options relating to diversification, localisation, partnerships, inventory, capacity, and operational flexibility.

  • Prepare concise client materials that communicate operational implications, trade-offs, and recommended actions.

  • Work closely with advisory, research, and data colleagues to integrate operational analysis into broader strategic engagements.

What You Will Bring

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in engineering, operations, supply chain management, economics, business, data analytics, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in consulting, supply chain, procurement, operations, manufacturing, logistics, risk, or business analysis is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to structure complex operational questions and work confidently with quantitative and qualitative evidence.

  • Familiarity with supply-chain resilience, value-chain analysis, sourcing, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, or operational transformation.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Python, SQL, data visualisation, or supply-chain analytics tools is regarded favourably.

  • A rigorous, practical, and collaborative approach to problem-solving in fast-moving engagement environments.

What Success Looks Like

You will help teams and clients see beyond immediate operational symptoms to the underlying system dynamics shaping resilience and performance. Your work will clarify where vulnerabilities and strategic options sit, enabling better-informed choices under changing market and supply conditions.
