Bruqe EMEA
Job No.: BRQ-EMEA-BLR-DPV-026
Location: Bangalore, India
Region: Bruqe EMEA
Team: Product & Decision Tools
Level: Associate
Employment Type: Full Time
Reporting To: Product & Analytics Lead, EMEA
The Role
Bruqe is seeking a Data Product & Visualisation Associate to help convert complex models, datasets, and strategic analysis into intuitive visual decision tools.
You will work across data, product, design, and advisory teams to develop dashboards, system maps, interactive frameworks, and executive-facing analytical outputs. The role requires the ability to combine analytical discipline with strong information design, ensuring that sophistication in the underlying model translates into clarity for the user.
What You Will Do
-
Design and develop data-driven dashboards, visual frameworks, system maps, and decision-support interfaces.
-
Translate analytical models, research findings, and strategic questions into clear user journeys, visual logic, and product requirements.
-
Work with data scientists and engineers to ensure that visual outputs accurately represent underlying data, assumptions, and model behaviour.
-
Create prototypes, wireframes, information architectures, and presentation-ready visualisations for internal and client use.
-
Improve the usability and interpretability of decision tools through iterative testing and feedback from advisory teams and stakeholders.
-
Establish consistent standards for visual hierarchy, data storytelling, chart selection, interaction design, and analytical communication.
-
Support the development of reusable product components that strengthen Bruqe’s proprietary platform and engagement delivery.
What You Will Bring
-
An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in design, information systems, data visualisation, business analytics, engineering, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline.
-
Experience in data visualisation, product design, business intelligence, digital consulting, information design, or a comparable analytical-product environment.
-
Demonstrated ability to turn complex information into clear visual narratives, interfaces, or decision tools.
-
Proficiency with relevant design, prototyping, and visualisation tools; experience with Figma, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms is advantageous.
-
Comfort collaborating with technical teams and interpreting data models, even where you are not the primary model developer.
-
Strong attention to detail, visual judgement, and an ability to balance analytical accuracy with usability.
-
Clear communication skills and a practical, collaborative approach to solving ambiguous design and product questions.
What Success Looks Like
You will create visual tools that make complex strategic questions easier to understand, interrogate, and act upon. Your work will help clients and engagement teams move from static analysis to a more dynamic view of the relationships, trade-offs, and scenarios shaping a decision.
